Benesom™

Support for Melatonin Function*

Benesom is formulated to promote a restful, relaxed state and relieve occasional sleeplessness by beneficially modulating the metabolism of melatonin and GABA.*

• Promotes restful, quality sleep for those with occasional sleeplessness.*
• Features melatonin, a hormone naturally produced in the brain that helps regulate sleep, waking, and the body's circadian rhythm (or time clock).*
• Provides LactiumPure™ and passionflower, which may favorably modulate the metabolism of GABA.*
• Features supplemental melatonin, which research suggests is able to cross the blood-brain barrier.*

Each tablet supplies:

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan). Contains: milk (casein tryptic hydrolysate).

Recommendations: One tablet one hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
